cLhErGiOs at Flickr was kind enough to allow me to use his picture on the banner. I needed my nephew Zachary Foreman, a professor of philosophy at a Catholic University in D.C., handsome and eligible, visiting from Virginia, to accomplish putting the photograph there.  Thank you, cLhErGiOs
I probably should have used some molten glass instead for the banner, but I am infatuated with the wonderful, ugly, useful baobab tree. The name comes from my business of fused glass. Unfortunately, when I finally figured out what product I would fuse for The Real Mother Goose, my kiln broke while I was making Christmas presents, and I have not been able to replace the kiln. Such happens. Sigh. A lot. But I can look to starting 11 elementary school libraries in Rwanda in 2009 and feel some accomplishment. Thank you www.BooksForAfrica.com , www.comeandseeafrica.org, Pastor Paul of Butare, Pastor David Nahayo of Butare Christian Mission, and New Life Ministries International.
